Return and Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for returns and exchanges, please adhere to the following conditions:

  • Requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • The ring must be returned in its original condition, unworn, and undamaged.
  • The Woman of Valéur box must be returned in its original condition and undamaged.
  • Please ensure the return/exchange package is posted with a tracking number. Failure to provide a tracking number may result in the inability to accept the return/exchange.

Shipping Costs and Refunds: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning or exchanging an item. However, at Woman of Valéur, we are pleased to cover the shipping expenses for sending you the new ring or size.

Please note that returns or exchanges sent without prior authorisation from Woman of Valéur will not be accepted.

Due to the personalised nature of our engravings, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on engraved items. Please double-check your engraving request and size to ensure it’s just right.
